AMD GPUOpen - SPD


The project already integrated some of the GPUOpen technologies like 

  • AMD FidelityFX SUPER RESOLUTION v1.2,
  • AMD LUMA PRESERVING MAPPER 1.2,
  • AMD DepthOfFieldFX 1.0

Recently the AMD FidelityFX Single Pass Downsampler 2.0 replaced the uneasy generate mipmap functionality in the rendering system. The SPD's responsibility is to pre-filter the cubemap for IBL calculation (read more Physically Based Rendering in Filament (google.github.io))

And I also met the new,  fresh AMD FidelityFX SDK (GitHub - GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/FidelityFX-SDK: The main repository for the FidelityFX SDK.) which contains updated (and probably more optimized) solutions.
