Khronos PBR Neutral tone mapper

Demeter now supports the Khronos PBR Neutral tone mapper so you can choose from 8 different tone mappers.
Their curves (except LPM) are "brightness-balanced" to the linear one so there's no need camera exposure tuning when changing tone mapper.
